I’m on my bike again! This time I’m cycling from Manchester to London with 160 of my colleagues at Morgan Stanley, this time in support of the Felix Project. The ride is 320km long and will take place on 23 – 24 September 2022. While the ride doesn’t have the cachet of London to Paris, it is much harder, as I have a much bigger training hill to climb, and we must cycle over an actual mountain. When I signed up for this ride, it was all about having an excuse to get fit again after Covid induced laziness had seriously dented my ability to cycle any sort of distance. However, after spending an afternoon volunteering at the Felix Project, I realised that they are doing something quite important and my lack of fitness took a back seat.
